All Dressed Up

costuming is important because it can show what the producer cant say. In the last episode of breaking bad they put Walter in big clothes to show that he is a  shadow of himself.
In the hunger games costuming is important because it shows the background of that person, the announcer was in nice fancy clothes and the poor people where in like clothes.

Costuming is also important in moves because it can show who is the bad guy and who is trying to help. It can also show the color them (purple=royal, that stuff) so it can show that someone is a king and they are wearing purple and in a big casual and lots of people around them.

Looking Hard

KING KONG (1933)

summary-In this classic monster movie, showman Carl Denham goes on a South Seas expedition to find the rumored beast "Kong" get it on film, and make a fortune. Along for the ride is actress Anne Darrow, the pretty girl for his film. On Skull Island, they find natives protected by a huge wall from prehistoric monsters including Kong, a 50-foot-tall gorilla. The tribe kidnaps Anne and offers her as a sacrifice to Kong, who is smitten by the gorgeous blonde and runs off with her. After a long, action-packed chase, sailor and the ship's crew get Anne back safely to the ship. Denham manages to knock the monster unconscious with gas bombs and brings Kong, in chains, back to New York City. He exhibits "King" Kong in a Broadway-style setting, but Kong breaks loose and, following his jungle instinct, takes his beloved Anne to the highest ground in the metropolis -- the Empire State Building, for a classic climax with WWI-style fighter-biplanes.

I think this film is fantastic because in the 1933 they didn't have that much technology and not much special effects. they made a clay monkey and took like 2000000000 shots of 1 thing moving 1/2 inch. it made the list because it shows us that we can do anything even if we have to take 200000001 shots.

Which translation?

If I could use translation on my book witch is the hunger games I would probably use Tradition translation. I would put it in a different time probably in the past near the civil war era because then they would have to send a messenger and release real animals to go try to kill the people. also the technology would be not as advanced so they would have to work really hard to pick people to play this game. the setting would be in new Zealand because its such a cool place also the sneery is amazing, all the cliffs and forest. the forests in new Zealand are amazing because of the little streams hidden in the forest and the beautiful waterfalls are so cool. and thats what i would do to the hunger games if I could use traditional translation

Love Creates Horror

Love Creates Horror, if you get attached to someone in a move you will be sad to see them go . this creates suspense by if a main character goes them people will feel sad, if there is suspenseful music then you move to the edge of your seat . if your in love then you ask her/him to go on a date or something you are worried if she/he might say no.
